Due to an exciting, innovation driven programme of learning the University is now seeking to appoint a new team of academic staff to deliver postgraduate and professional courses leading digital transformation as part of an Intensive Learning Academy Welsh Government Award for the Health and Social Care sector.
The university is currently operating a hybrid-model of working. However, the successful candidate would be expected to work on campus for part of the week.
Applicants should be qualified to at least Masters level (or of equivalent professional status) and must have excellent subject knowledge of leadership and digital transformation. This may include leadership of digital teams, digital innovations, transformational change, and/or knowledge of new technology and developments within the digital sector.
We are interested to hear from individuals who have a proven track record of delivering a first-class student experience, collaborating with industry, and have an awareness of the current environment and challenges within the Health and Social Care sector to support future curriculum developments.
Several lecturer posts are available. Successful candidates with will with the course leader and programme team to drive further curriculum development and deliver against key performance indicators.
