The role:
The National Conservatoire of Wales is looking for a dynamic and experienced musician to provide leadership in thearea of Harp Studies. The successful applicant will be able to manage and develop a sustainable and flourishingtraining environment which offers students opportunities to develop their individual performance, collaborativeartistry and in turn, their development as responsible, innovative and generous musicians in society.
The post-holder will need to be an active figure in the international harp community and be keen to explore thepotential and diversity of the instrument internationally whilst understanding the importance of the harp as thenational instrument of Wales. They will need to be passionate advocates for conservatoire education and be readyto work collaboratively with all RWCMD colleagues and professional partners in order to enable and promote aninstitutional reputation for pioneering, immersive professional education in Music and Drama.
