As a Box Office, Reception & Information Assistant, you will create a professional, friendly and welcoming information service to all visitors, enquirers and ticket bookers using your excellent communication skills as part of a small and busy reception and Box Office team. This is a part-time (22.5 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday) permanent post.
Basic Welsh language skills are essential, and full Welsh language training will be provided once appointed.

If you are a successful external candidate for this position, you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges. If you are an internal candidate, you will continue to be employed by the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
