The Student Casework Manager is an exciting new role, created to support our regulations and procedures for student casework. Reporting directly to the Director of Academic Administration and Student Experience, it will be critical in ensuring student casework is effectively resourced, involving the management of priorities, allocation of cases. The role holder will also advise colleagues at all levels of the College on related sector expectations, legal and regulatory requirements.
